Nonprofit Business Case is provided by Arden Clark. These terms cover the website, planning model, optional saved-model accounts, and downloadable planning resources.

Use the model to plan

The model creates estimates from the information and assumptions you enter. It does not verify your records, account for every circumstance, or provide an audit. Check the calculations and assumptions with your finance team before using them to make a commitment.

The free tools do not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Using them does not create an advisory engagement with Arden Clark. Funding, approval, savings, and other outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your work and downloads

You may use and adapt the tools and downloads for your organization’s planning and share your completed business case with your leadership team, funders, and advisers. You remain responsible for your inputs and decisions. Keep a downloaded copy of work you need to retain; browser data can be lost or cleared.

Your contact details

You can build a model and view its forecast and scenarios without providing contact details. To use the export menu, provide your name and email, agree to these terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. To download the blank PowerPoint template, provide your email and make the same acknowledgments. We add the details you provide to the Nonprofit Business Case contact list and record the date and version of your agreement. Your model inputs and results stay on your device unless you sign in and explicitly save a model to your account. Account-saved models remain available to export through your account.

You can separately request help with your plan. We use that choice to arrange sales follow-up. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Use the site responsibly

Provide contact details you are authorized to use. Do not submit sensitive personal information, upload confidential records through the contact form, interfere with the site, or attempt to access another person’s information.

Availability and paid services

The free tools are provided as available. We may correct errors, update features, or suspend access when needed for maintenance or security.

Saved-model subscriptions are billed annually for the limit shown at checkout and renew annually until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If billing is no longer active, existing models remain available to open and export, but creating or editing account-saved models may be paused. Moving to a smaller plan may require you to export any copies you need, then delete models until within your plan limit before saving another.

Paid reviews, custom models, and ongoing support are separate professional services and require an agreed scope, fee, and timeline.
