The planning model calculates in your browser and saves an anonymous draft in browser storage on your device. Those financial inputs are not sent to us unless you sign in and explicitly choose to save that model to your account. Downloads remain wherever you save them. Clearing browser data may remove an anonymous draft.
When you request downloads
We add your name, email, organization, organization website or domain, and job title to Arden Clark’s Nonprofit Business Case contact list in Attio when you request model downloads. Viewing your forecast and scenarios does not require contact details. We record the date and version of the Terms of Use you accept and the Privacy Notice you acknowledge. Your financial inputs and results stay on your device unless you explicitly save a model to an account. You can separately choose to request a follow-up about your plan; that choice is recorded with your contact details. Requesting downloads does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
To download the blank PowerPoint template, we ask for your email, organization, organization website or domain, and job title and add those details to the same contact list. Accounts and saved models
If you choose account saving, Clerk handles sign-in and sends us a verified account identifier and contact details. We store the models you select, their titles, revisions, and plan entitlement in a private Cloudflare database so you can reopen them on another device. Account access is separated by the verified account identifier, not by an email address supplied in a form. Signing out returns this browser to its anonymous on-device draft.
Subscriptions
Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing management. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain Stripe customer, subscription, price, status, and webhook identifiers needed to apply your saved-model limit and reconcile billing events.
When you contact us
When you request a conversation, we save the details you enter in the website’s private database and email a notification to the Arden Clark team. This keeps a copy of your request if an email notification cannot be delivered. We use your details to assess and respond to your inquiry and manage any work you choose to proceed with. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential financial documents in the initial form.
Requests sent through the full service inquiry form are saved to Arden Clark’s intake system in Attio.
Site services
The site uses hosting and network services provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam and may process technical information about your browser and connection. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs and security cookies.
Your choices
You can build a plan, view its forecast and scenarios, and use the checklist without providing contact details. Downloading the blank PowerPoint template requires your email and organization details, agreement to the Terms of Use, and acknowledgment of this Privacy Notice. Using the model’s export menu requires your name, email, and organization details and the same acknowledgments. Account-saved models remain available to export through your account. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing admin@ardenclark.com. Saved models can be deleted from your account. Some engagement, security, and transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes.
